Why is it so important to drink water?  Well with the human heart being 79% water it is so important to drink clean water.  There was a study that was conducted and published in the American Journal of Epidemiology that showed women who drink 5 or more glasses of water a day were 41% less likely to die from a heart attack.  Here are some heart benefits to drinking water:
